USN / USMC jumper shirt in very nice condition, typical blue wool cloth.
The rade arm badge indicates a "Parachute Rigger" specialist.
Those units were detached to the USMC paramarine troops to maintain the parachutes !
Note the breast paratrooper badge with a bronze star !
